From sign-up to your first message.
Exactly what you will do, in order. You can stop at any step and continue later — nothing about your existing mail changes until you publish the mail records.

Create your account
Choose a plan and sign up. You will be asked for your domain — the one you already receive mail on — and for the number of mailboxes you expect to need.

Verify your domain
Publish the verification record we show you at your DNS provider. This proves the domain is yours. Nothing about your existing mail changes at this point.

Create the mailboxes you are moving
Add mailboxes for the people moving first. You can start with one person, a single department, or everybody — whatever suits you.

Copy existing mail across
Run the IMAP migration from the portal, or ask us to run it with you. Old mail and folders are copied over; your current provider keeps working untouched throughout.

Publish the mail records
Add the SPF, DKIM and MX records we generate for you. If you are moving everyone at once, this is the moment new mail starts arriving at ZYROXI.

Move the rest whenever you are ready
Moving in stages? Mail for anyone without a ZYROXI mailbox is passed straight through to your existing server. Create their mailbox here when you are ready and delivery moves with it — no further DNS changes, and nothing to schedule.
