The service
ZYROXI provides business email hosting: mailboxes on your own domain, webmail, standard secure mail protocols and an administration portal.
Accounts and organizations
An organization administrator manages domains, mailboxes and billing for their organization and is responsible for the use of the service within it.
Billing
Plans are billed per user, annually or monthly, as shown on the pricing page. Prices can change with notice before your next renewal.
Domains registered through Zyroxi
If you ask us to register a new domain when you sign up, we register it in your name: you are the registrant and the domain is yours. We hold it in our registrar account and point it at our nameservers so that we can run your email for you.
The first year of registration is charged with your first payment and shown separately from your plan. Registration fees are not refundable once the registration completes. If someone else registers the name before your registration completes, we refund that part of your payment.
Renewal is priced separately from your plan and invoiced before the domain expires. Renewing is your choice: if a renewal is not paid, the domain will expire and you may lose it.
You can ask us to transfer the domain to another provider at any time after the 60-day transfer lock that ICANN applies to new registrations. It is your domain and we will not withhold it.
Domain registrations are also subject to the registration agreement and policies of the registrar and registry that issue the name, including ICANN requirements. Registration requires accurate contact details, which we pass on as those rules require and which you must keep up to date.
Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from the portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our usage policies.
