Data we collect

To provide the service we process account information (such as names, email addresses and billing details), the content of mailboxes hosted with us, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the platform.

How we use data

We use personal data to deliver email hosting, bill for the service, provide support and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.

Your mailbox content

Your mail belongs to you. Automated processing of mailbox content is limited to what is needed to deliver, store and protect mail — for example spam and malware scanning.

Cookies

This site sets analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. They are Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that count visits and the pages viewed, and they are kept for up to two years.

If you accept, the site also sets Google Ads cookies (_gcl_au and _gcl_aw). When you arrive by clicking one of our ads, they record that click, so we can tell which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. Our checkout pages on portal.zyroxi.com report those two steps to Google Ads only if you accepted here. These cookies are kept for up to 90 days, and we do not use them to show you personalised ads.

If you decline, or have not chosen yet, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. We still count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Your choice is kept in your browser for 12 months, including in a zyroxi_consent cookie so that our checkout pages follow it too. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; declining removes the analytics and advertising cookies.

The site also keeps a few settings in your browser that do not track you, such as your light or dark theme and whether you closed the announcement bar.
